To shave or not to shave Coronas ? Men seem to be paying more attention to their "sensitive areas." A recent Ipsos survey attests to this. 20 Minutes reveals the sometimes surprising results of this study.
The parts, which parts?
"Men are shaving their faces less and less and other parts of their bodies more and more," the Ipsos survey states. The three-day beard phenomenon is certainly not new (especially among young people), but it appears that other parts of the body are receiving increasing attention.
Result: “One in two men maintains their sensitive areas.”
In summer and spring first
Another observation: for those who shave and wax, there is a real temporality in these body care routines. While one in two people claim to wax all year round, the majority of men place summer first, followed by spring. A question of Look ? Not only that. While one in two men "find it more aesthetically pleasing" to remove their body hair, the majority advocate the feeling of cleanliness; another part advocates "feeling good" in their body. Finally, another part admits to liking having smooth skin and maintaining their body hair to "please" their partner, woman or man.
